Transform Yourself One Touch at a Time

Touch of Balance is a bespoke treatment for each and individual person.

The treatment is primarily based on my knowledge of human body from kinesiology.
Systematic Kinesiology has its roots in Chinese medicine together with chiropractic, naturopathy, osteopathy and acupressure. It works on different levels to balance the body. It is designed to find the source of imbalances and by applying massage of certain lymphatic points, releasing the tension from fascia, working with meridians and acupressure, to bring the balance back.

I work on the level of the body, energy and emotions. If you think about the body as protective shield, tensed muscles are our armour, that protect our most delicate parts – our organs during traumatic events. Chronic tension stops the lymph to flow freely. Our lymphatic system is designed to be our natural protection against infections and when it’s not working properly might cause lowering the natural immunity, problems with functioning the organs, chronic tiredness or digestive issues.

When we release the tension, we allow the body to self-regulate and go back to the homeostasis. Points, that I’m massaging are connected to lymphatic system and fascia, they can be painful during the treatment that may mean that emotions are stuck there during the stressful events. Each of us is different and each one will be reacting differently – pain, laughter, crying, sleepiness or arousal. Treatment is the time to release and let behind what doesn’t serve us anymore.
Working together with breath it gives holistic approach to the balance in our bodies.

If your body is calling for more balance please contact me today to find out more or arrange a session. I’m available for a free 15 minut transformational call to find out about your hopes and struggles.
